What is the average page width? Some computers it is larger, and how can I set my website to adjust automatically to the user screen width? I don't want them to have to scroll sideways to read it all.

With BV its a WYSIWYG builder, so you wont be able to make a site that auto fills the screen. I would say don't build your site any wider than 995px.
