page descriptions & key words

I have several questions on page descriptions & key words. Should page descriptions be all lower case letters or the first letter of a sentence be upper case?
In key words should a 3 letter phrase " mystic animal cults" be written
mystic, animal, cults, or, mystic animal cults,?
