Alignment of Picture with table

Hi Folks,

I have a page that displays as such



In a normal instance the problem would be quite easy to fix - however as I have to load the text file over using FTP and then have to rename it and having limited PHP knowledge I cannot get it to do the requests shown in RED and GREEN.

I hope there is someone who can help here

Not possible without seeing your page code (and I mean the full code, php and html).
