Light Box problems, Please Help!

When I preview my light-box page in Safari:

I click on the photo, the photo pops up and appears, but has my page's navigation bar on top and in the middle of my photo.

It is just the navigation bar from my site page, it's not supposed to show on the photo, and no other element from my page is disturbing the light-box photo but the navigation bar.

I am using the Blue Voda supplied 'fancy style' theme navigation bar, within the navigation style properties menu.

I have the same issue using a non-BV javascript menu. As far as I know there is not a fix for this.

Nope, my menue is the BlueVoda stock menue per the program as mentioned above.

The lightbox seems to have a bug (unless you can tell me what's wrong).
as the menue bar overlaps the image while using lightbox.

Will there be a fix?

The BV menu is a javascript menu...same issue
