cant figure out scroll bars!

can any one help me figure out how to put the scroll bar on the side of the page, i know i can edit it in page properties, but i dont see them in the preview

You do not have to put the scroll bar on the side of the page Blue Voda does it for you. If you cannot see it in page preview it may be because your page is not long enough to need a scroll bar. It is only added to pages that need it.
