    Adding Link to Russian Text

Sorry if this is a double post, but it didn't show up after I submitted it.

I'm trying to update a link on one of the pages of my site that is written in Russian. When I do, the text changes from Russian to a bunch of question marks like this: ????????????????????????

When I origianally put the link there, this didn't happen. Why is it doing it now, and how do I fix it?

Re: Adding Link to Russian Text

EVERYTHING with regard to mechanics of the internet (programming, hosting structures, domain names, page names, navigation/hyperlinks, etc.) must be written using American English only, as this is the official language of computer programming and of the WWW.

You cannot use "foreign" characters or symbols for your hyperlinks, as they will automatically be substituted with a placeholder character due to being an unrecognized character.
