Image parasites, unsolicited, appears in the page

Hello! I own www.portalul-tau.com, site construction stage. The problem is that the page appears a gray image, picture parasite unsolicited extension. png high value: 50-80KB (left img, http://www.portalul-tau.com/picture%...solicited.html). This image is not visible neither writing, neither in your browser. This image is seen engines analyze online page that warns me that I have exceeded the acceptable loading of images on the page. I check each image and find this photo parasite.
Also the "tool" of the written page I mentioned that I have a high value image (right img).
Question: How can I delete these unsolicited images, unsolicited?

Delete the offending page entirely via FILE MANAGER in cPanel.

Check to see if your saved BlueVoda page file is corrupted (if it is, remove the coding before re-publishing) and also be sure that your system is not infected either (especially your browser, which if infected typically inserts code into other files being processed - like publishing web pages).
