cleaning all files from my website?

Hi,

I read somewhere in one of the forums that I can ask you to delete all files and pages from my account? I want to "clean" everything that is there in order to upload a new website all together.

How does it work and what should I do?

You can do it manually via BlueFTP, or by using FILE MANAGER in cPanel ... or elect to request from Customer Support a "Complete Account Reset."

There are distinct advantages to each.
