    unable to install on my laptop

    Hi
    I am not sure if this has already been covered.

    I am running windows 7 home premium 64 bit on my computer and when I run the installer it works fine until it is at the texture9.bmp and then it hangs and I have to open up task manager to stop it. No error comes up.

    I have tried running it after rebooting and as administator but it always stops in the same place.

    I wondered if this has already been struck before and solved and thought I would ask here before doing the support ticket.

    Hi,

    You should first create a new user for Windows Seven, then reboot into the new user and install BlueVoda there, it should then work!
