Please i need help

Hi everyone.
I just uploaded my website www.afriwoodgallery.com.
I don't know how to configure my website to suit what I actually want it to do.
I am new to website design.
Its going to be a membership site where people register and pay to become members.
What I don't know how to do is how to make my login and sign up pages work.
my login page carries some php error code and my sign up page just doesn't do anything.
when you sign up its suppose take you to home page but it doesn't
Can someone please try it out and tell what am doing wrong?
