Full screen & shopping cart ?

I haven't used Blue Voda for a while, I stopped using it because it didn't allow full screen, although I'm still hosting with Vodahost. Can anyone please tell me if it is now allowing full screen or not?

Also, just flicking through the forums am I right in thinking that the paypal shopping cart is now built into Blue Voda and you no longer need to use Soho ?
