Error 12003 suddenly keeps you from publishing.
I have been attempting to update my webpage for a few days and keep receiving the following error:
Internet Exception Error 12003
Details:
An internal error has occurred.
Here is how I solved it. It turns out that an update of windows, or internet explorer or any other program using FTP changes your setting from winsoc to winnet. So I finally tried going to tools-options and seeing winnet, changed it to winsoc and the error went away. Hope this helps some people out there. It was frustrating.
