Is the index page my home page?

Ok so I've saved an index page but I want people to be able to see the home page directly when going to the website http://www.fallofparadise.com/. But currently the index page can be accessed here: http://www.fallofparadise.com/index.html. How do i make my root website have my home page? Isn't the index page the home page?

Hi, you had an .htaccess file that was causing this, we have removed this for you and the site is now working normally.

Hi there, thanks a lot! So after all, this was a problem that I created when I tried to install a tikiwiki on my website.

So I am really trying to install tikiwiki in www.fallofparadise.com/wiki but I cannot make it work. Any idea what I'm doing wrong or what I am not doing at all?
