Moving files from a dying computer to a new computer

I am attempting to copy blue voda developed web pages from a dying computer to a new computer and can not get the pages to transfer accurately. All that is transferring is the text. The background woods grain image and all picture/logo images are not copying . I have uninstalled the Blue Voda on the receiving machine and downloaded a common version of the website builder which produced no difference. Any ideas as to how I can transfer the files completely?

You need to create the exact same username on the new computer as you were using on the old computer in order for the images to appear.
