Moving all items at once on a page

Hi,
When working in BV, is their way of moving every item on a page down a few inches. I found that if I want to insert something new between lets say the header & the first item on the page I have to redo the whole page or at least move every item manually.
I tried control A & it selects everything for a move but not everything moves, it only moves about 30% of items on the page, which is even worse.

use your mouse to "select all"
