Figured it out with your help. Your the best! Now, next lesson. I made a "contact us" button and would like to have a pop up with my email address or something like that. How do I do that and any suggestions?

Did you mean a navigation button?
Then simple select Link Type mailto:
and enter your email address in the URL field:
mailto:vinny1957@yourdomain.com
