Try using the file publisher tool (left hand menu - lookes like a globe with a big arrow pointing north) to carry the jpg to your site and see if that helps. I don't know why it hasn't worked in the first place though (?).

Maybe there's a conflict on your page... this does happen occasionally. Don't really know what to suggest. OK - idea - use the gallery tool (it's as good for one pic as with many). See if that will show it.

Try changing the name of the .jpg and see if that helps. The pic doesn't show on the page you provided, but it shows fine as a stand alone. Could be a naming conflict between the page and the pic.
Amanda, thanks but it didnt work.....
.
Race, thanks, but that didnt work either.
I think it must be something to do with the url pointing to the jpg !!!!!
My main site is http://mvpalma1.com
and I have recently added the new domain name "youandmelinkup.net" in the dir named "youandmelinkupnet"
I have published ok to maindir/youandmelinkupnet, and the index page, and the page containing just a single box with a jpg,and the jpg are in that dir......
I am not getting any error message, but the box appears to be empty......

any more ideas out there !!!!!
actualy your image is there you can view through http://youandmelinkup.net/mvpalma1.jpg the problem is you can not view directly through http://youandmelinkup.net/mvpalma1.html. probably because you named the directory of your youandmelinkup (addon domain) was mistake as youandmelinkupnet. and this will couse conflict with your URL. you should name this directory only as youandmelinkup without net at the end, then you publish your page to public_html/youandmelinkup. Try and see if this is work
I renamed the page, but I have the same problems with different pictures also. Its posible that my jpeg reducing program could be the cause.
I will try pic resizer in the morning.
I am oft to the land of slumber now......
Thanks my friends and goodnight/goodmorning...............
Just seen your post nyoman...will try that also tomorrow...thanks to all
1) Remove the jpg from your page.
2) Close done the page.
3) Rename the jpg
4) Re-open the page
5) Re-add the jpg
6) Save the page
7) publish the page
This will trick BV and the server into thinking this a is a new image.
Vodahost:.......Done all of the above....still not working
.
nyomwan:......renamed dir to net1
