What am I doing worng?

Have I missed something? I downloaded BV and don't really know where to go from there. I've logged onto my control panel but not sure if that's where I start. I'm completely lost and not sure what to do next. I've watched the tutorials but can't figure out what's next.

Any help?? Maybe this just isn't for me...feeling a little discouraged reading everyones, "it's been easy for me" posts! LOL!! HELP!!!

Hi again.
Open BlueVoda, start a new blank page.
Start playing! With colour, with shapes, with navigation bars and buttons. Until you have something you're happy with. Give yourself time to play - it's a great way of learning! Also, for some inspiration, take a look at some of the hundreds of sites in the 'Promote your Site' forum.

When you've got something that you're happy to call a start - save it - I'd save it as template, or something similar, at this stage. When you are confident enough to call it your home page - save it as index

I think I just made some progress. I downloaded the BV, unzipped it and found it on my desktop. Clicked it and it was like magic!

That was my biggest problem...I can't wait to see what trouble I get into tomorrow.

Hi! Dubai girl,
If you know Microsoft excel, BV is just almost like it.
The more you want to know, the more you have to learn.
The more you learn, the more confuse you might get.
But I find out, BV is the easiest Website builder I have ever found.
It will make you feel like standing on top of a mountain holding a BV flag, if you get it. :)

Thanks, I think it might be awhile before I raise the flag but here we are with a new day and I'm playing with this! Microsoft excel?? Nope...not knowing! LOL!!

Question number one....oh this is just the start! I'm trying to upload a template but when I open the file it says, "unexpected file path". I've found the file, tried to unzip it and load it onto my page. Do you think I've saved it wrong?

I think, there are two kinds of templates? one is free to use, and the other is for those who has account with Voda.

Please watch the tutorials about adding templates. They are very
informative and you will no longer have such problems.
