Publishing problem

Signed up for my vodahost and given IP 74.52. etc as the upload ip for my pages i then try to log in and the only ip options i have on drop down are 70.86 etc options. i then try to log in on any of these and i get bounced out of it.

Dont i need the correct ip upload server 74.52 etc to choose and if so how do i get it
