can't publish without domain name...

Hi Moderator...sir

#1 while picking a new host...my domain name
must have expired causing me some problems with VH
and I cannot publish a domain name that I don't have.
Need a new domain name...

#2 response to ticket I submitted...VH said 'look for
domain name, but don't buy...we owe you a domain name
as part of the registration account'. Could you please
lead me to the people/person that would/could help me
further with this situation?
