Redirect url - Question Pls

Hi Everyone,

I want to know if it's possible to specify a timing in BV before redirecting a url, more clearely, let's say www.domain.com/page1.html will be redirected to www.domain.com/page2.html , I would like to configure like 5 seconds on page1.html before it redirects to page2.html.

PS.
Found this one also seems to work! replace the 7 with the seconds you want the delay for & enter the page urlyou want to direct to.
Cut & paste it to an html box and it all seems to work fine.

that link helped me a lot, I just didn't know which action gives the page the timing, actualy, I will use *****'s method but changing the content=0 to the timing I would like.
