Handy little free screen recording software, this produces similar videos to VH’s tutorials on how to?. You can add sound or text info balloons to explain an item.

Haven’t fully looked into it yet, but I believe it will convert your AVI to SWF as well.

Nice piece of work Chris!!!!!!!! Just what I was looking for. I have been using the Windows Media Encoder but the system requirements were through the roof. I have downloaded and will be putting it through the paces!!

The swf side of this, really brings the KB's down a lot, & you can convert files that you may already have to swf.
