Make my web page display centred in the viewers browser?

Can anyone help with this? I want my BlueVoda web pages to display centred in the viewer's browser regardless of the dimensions of their screen. When I click the Centre in Browser proprty in page properties it doesn't seem to have that effect. Is it possible any other way? Maybe by tweaking the html?
    Thanks for your help.

Hi .. be sure to set your page margins via the page properties ..

right click, choose properties and set the width of your page anywhere from '800 - 1000 .. the norm for all computers these day ..

then it is important you begin the build of your webpage top and far left and keep all elements within the page width you have chosen .. tick center in browser .. add a page background color via page properties as well .. this will fill in around your page for those viewing in higher resolution ..
