Publishing problem

I am all done to create my website but there is an obstacle in publishing it. I can't find my Server IP in the list of IP'S provided. I have already downloaded the latest version of Blue voda 11.4 but still i am facing problem.

we would need your site address & IP you are using to check.

My Site Address is www.ircsgr.net currently it is down & Server IP is: 69.162.65.130

I am assuming you have a VH account as the IP you are showing is not a VH sever as far as i can see.

No i don't have an VH account. Plz. Help me out of this.
