e-mail News later problem

I set up an e-mail in my CP for News laters - Dont realy know how it work
the question is:
How to insert it on to my webpage for my Visitors to sign up?

An email address can only be linked as an email link, so users can email you. To create a Newsletter optin list, you need a form so that visitors can signup.
