Down load a file

I want to be able to add a file to my web site (like a club Sign up sheet) Where guys can click on a download link and they can down load that file to there computer? Is there a way?

I want to have a few diffrent files. So I would like them to be able to choose threw a drop down menu or something and then they can download said file.

Any help on that?

To allow selection of the file to download, use a "Go Menu"

The URLS to use should be the full URLs of the files on the server. (http://www.yourdomain.com/filename.zip)
