Ok I successfully installed Form Maker Pro (thank's to the forum, I went through all the problems)
I deleted "install.php"
But when I want to log to fmp at www.mysite.com/fmp
I get nothing but a blank page named www.mysite.com/fmp/splash.php
????????????????????
