Anyone can help me on form creation?

Hi there,

I have followed the tutorial 1 and 2 for forms creation, but faces with some problem.

After I have click submit, my thank-you.php does not appear. how come.

Under form properties using Bluevoda to design my page.

form name: askXXXXXX
action: mailto:edyXXX@XXXXXXXXX.com
method: POST
encoding type: multipart/form-data

Anyone can help me out, I just want this form to work.

The action must be set to be: thankyou_page.php if this is the name of the page that has the php script in it. Or, use the new Advanced BlueVoda Form Processor
