formpor referrers ???

Hi all

well i finaly did it lol i got formpro installd i tryd to in stall the bvfp but i couldent do it lol but thanks to all you wounder full peeps i manegd to to install formpro so thank you

Now its installed am trying to add a site it ask for site url and referrers . what is referrers what do i put in ther.
