    error message

    Aloha:

I changed my header on my "Buy" page and when I input the infor as if I am going to purchase the item and click submit, I receive this error message:
Warning: Header may not contain more than a single header, new line detected. in /home/ddnttrn/public_html/abvfp.php on line 278

Now the header was in 2 parts. We made it into a single part. It made not difference. I have since made a different header and it still makes no difference.

Can anyone help with this? I don't know how to get to this path that it says the error is in. Thanks for anyone's help.

        Re: error message

Not the error message - the php code that processes the form.

That is the web-page that contains the form. I will have to defer to Navaldesign as it is his script / process method that you are using.

            Sorry not of much help,

              Re: error message

              Hi Scuba,

i fixed it again for you. Please note that you are having mistakes in your forms:

In the contact form, the field Email is set as "Email-RE". The correct is "Email-Re".

In the Buy form, the email is set as "Emil-RE" instead of the correct "Email-Re". Also, the name field, is named "Firt_LastName-RB" instead of "First_LastName-RB"

Open your BV pages, correct those names, save and republish your forms, otherwise the visitors will NOT be able to send you their Email address. They will receive an error message about the "Email field" containing the @ symbol.

However this was not the problem you have encountered. You had run the ndadmin.php page, but you had left blank spaces in the beggining of each input. You had also put a semicolon ";" at the end of one field. Since semicolon is used by php to separate command lines, this has messed up completely the configuration file. I fixed it for you.

Please note that if you simply change visual parts of your forms, without changing something in the fields themselves, you DON'T need to run the ndadmin.php again.

Navaldesign - On her form, you can't tab through the form in order -

On forms I've made with other programs, I know that it only works properly that way if the items are put in the form in order and any changes made, needed to be made to all starting at the top to keep the order. Is that what's necessary here to get it to tab properly?

                  Thanks,
                  Beth

                    Hi Beth,

Here's the 'official way' to change the TAB order of the elements on an existing form:
Right click the first element of the form and select 'Move to front'
Do this for all your form elements in the order you want the tab to go.

At the end Save and publish again.
