Yellow Fields in form

Hi,
I see that this question was asked once before, and forgive me for repeating it, but the first "answer" to the question confused me. Why are some fields in my form appearing with a yellow background? How can I change this?

If you have Google bar installed, it changes the field color to yellow to show you which fields can be fiiled with the autofill feature.
