How can I use that script so I can display progress on large video uploads?

Ex. http://www.ffaproam.com/uploadform.php
I have max upload size 200mb and if someone uploads a video, say 150mb which will take a while, how can i incorperate this progress bar into that!?

This progress bar is a fixed time one, not a real progress bar. Also please note that a progress bar for uploads can only be made effectively using a mixture of php, Ajax and Javascript. Rather complicated.

Oh, and you can't upload more than 52 MB. Files larger than that should be directly FTPed
