submit button opens email program

Hello!
This is my first question here. If this question is already asked in this forum, sorry, but I didnt find something like the problem I have.

The problem:
I made a form for my website. The problem is, that if I click on "Senden" (submit), my email program opens. But I want it to be like all the other forms, to send a message to my email. Please can anyone check the html code and tell me whats wrong there?
