Strange Install Issues

I followed the instructions and this is what I got

Was wondering if the chmod 777 would solve...nope:

This is indicative of a failed database connection, check out your database
name, username and password.........

Not all files have been uploaded. Please delete everything and start from scratch, making sure that all files have been uploaded.

Guess my issues weren't so strange lol...I got everything else loaded and setup...now I'm stuck at cannot find server <sigh> Just shoot me!!!!

As said above: please read post #4 : NOT ALL FILES and FOLDERS have been uploaded.
