Problem with ABVFP

Hello,
I am trying to configure the ABVFP to work on my site, redeyerelay.com to manage registration forms and to submit the information collected to a database. I have installed the files but continue to receive an error page when I try to go to Installation Instructions: Step 8; Type in your browser address bar http://www.redeyerelay.com/ABVFP/dbts_install.php

I receive an error message and cannot proceed.

It seems that the files are not there. Also check all file permissions, they should be 644
