Form Maker Pro - install.php error

Hello

I've just uploaded fmp to FTP (seems fine) and am trying to run the install.php in my web browser. However, I get the following message in the browser

Template Error: set_root: tpl is not a directory.
Halted.

and nothing else just a blank page.

Could someone please enlighten me?

Not all files / folders have been uploaded. delete everything and start from scratch
