when sending the contact form, i don't recieve it in out-look.

Martha, you need to provide some more info. Did you setup your form according to the tutorial ? Did you setup a thankyou (or action, the name is not important) page with a php script to process your form ?

If yes, then
1. check your spam folder
2. try changing the email address to something else, possibly an email address within your own domain
