I think I have followed all the directions in setting up the proper folders and when I enter the install.php command in the browser, I am getting an error message. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hello Naval; Here is the error message:
You don't have permission to access /ABVFP/dbts_install.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This is a permissions issue. Please make sure that the entire ABVFP folder permissions are set to 755 and all files inside it are set to 644.
