Completely dumm for the Email form

Hi all, please understand that this is my first time facing html and php etc...


I have followed all tutorials how to make a simple contact form (emailto), but I really don't know how and where to put the html code? How? Is it on a separate page or where? or how to install a premade one? ??? It's so confusing, but I want to learn.

I just want a simple contact form, Either I'm really dummy or extremely dummy
