Simple E-vite form

I would like to add a simple form on my homepage to invite those visiting my site to E-vite others to visit also. Please help me in my area of weakness

I believe that you are taloking about a Tell a Friend form/script. if this is correct, then have a look at Tell A Friend Script

Hello Navaldesign. I see that you are online at the moment. I have downloaded the zip files for the TAF forms, and published the first three, however I cannot seem to get past that point. I cannot get the page four forms to show. What am i doing wrong???
