Forms

Hello

I just can't get my head around forms so I have been following the tutorials step by step.

I am making the thankyou page as a .php and the tutorial tells me to edit the html in 'Between head' tag.

I am looking for where I can edit the mailto and the subject line, but I just can't find it.

Am I going blind?
