Publishing the form

I have published the form into a members area protected with a password. I seem to get a 404 error message instead of the upload page I created. What can be going wrong?

You are not linking to the file on your website correct, make sure you have the correct location and that its the correct case (hyperlinks are case sensitive)

I just refreshed the whole thing. Linked all things again and now it all works, though I didn't change anything. Links were already good. But I'm happy things work properly now.

Thanks for the advice. It worked and that's all I care for.
