Contact Form - Email Never Arrives

Hi - I have just created a Contact Form - followed the tutorial, used the html text provided exactly and changed email address, thank you page comes up, but email never arrives. The email address is correct - what am I doing wrong? Here is the contact page:

PS Please excuse the weird placement of the blue line below the nav bar at top - I am sure that is a query for another forum. The blue line looks correct on some pages, but not on others. Its placement toggles with the Contact Page - if the Contact Page looks right, then all the other three are off. If the other three look good then the Contact Page is off. Driving me nuts! If anyone knows the fix for this, please let me know!
