Form not sending thank you emails.

I am receiving the following messages in Horde "A message that you sent contained no recipient addresses, and therefore no delivery could be attempted." When I receive the info the email does not contain the email address in the header. I dleted 231 of thes. The form is at http://www.southfloridarentals-homes...s_request.html and oyher pages. Any help would be appreciated.
