Phone Number Not coming through on form submittal

Hi,

My form is working well, except for the Phone Number Field.
When the submits come through, the phone number is blank.

Please help me.

Firstly, we could do with a link to your site form so we can see for ourselves. Secondly, have you made it a compulsory field?

Generally this occurs when the field is name is different from that in the php coding. For instance- if you named the field "phone" but in the coding named it "phone number" , it would be a mis match and would never be passed through.

To best help, could you copy and paste your php code here so we may have a look?
