    publishing forms

1.I have checked everything several times and still cannot link my home page to my form page. Any suggestions?

    2. How do the radio buttons work so that only one option is checked by the visitor?

1- Provide a link to your home page so we can take a look at what you are doing.

2- Each of the radio bottons need to be named the same - but with different values. Example: each has a name blonde and each has a seperate value of yes and no.

      Hi Andy,
Thanks for responding! Here is a link to my home page:
      www.vocalcentral.com/index.html

      My form page is www.vocalcentral.com/survey.html

I am pretty sure I followed the tutorial instructions but take a look and let me know.

      Thanks,
      Robert.

Robert, I can get to your home page and FAQs page, but the rest don't exist. Have you published them? Whatever you did for FAQs worked; check the rest against it.
