Form Maker Pro Error 500?

After finally working thru the installation and reinstallation process. I finally thought all was right and during testing I received the following 500 Internal error:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@mybestrateloan.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any Ideas?

This is a typical error displaying when the folder or file that you are trying to reach doesn't have the correct permissions. Conn ect with FTP and set the permissions to be correct (read FMP's instructions to see what the correct permissions are)
