How do I get a mail this page to a friend to work

Help,

I have got one of those 'mail this page to a friend' buttons but how do you make it work?

I am not very good with either html or php code.

Did it come with some sort of script? A button on its own is useless.

It was a button I got from the BlueVoda download site

Ok...This is just a graphic button with no funtionality. Do a google search
for 'Tell a friend" . There are dozens of free and cheap scripts available.
