    Form Wizard Help

    Hi all,

I have created a form using the wizard in V.10 however when I published it appears with a host of code above the page. Any ideas please.
Please take a look at www.allnetcs.co.uk

    Thanks

Please publish your form page as php and not as html.

My contact page did the same as mentioned in the original post. See it here: www.fortune-eagles.com. I'm sure my problem is the same, but I am somewhat a rookie here, and I'm not sure how to publish the page as a "php." Is there an easy answer?

I did that, but the code is still there. Frustrating!

You are still looking at the old (html) page, whilst the correct one is http://www.fortune-eagles.com/contact.php (click to see)

That's because you are using your menus that STILL have the old link to the html page. Change your menus please.

                  Hi Navel,

Seems I was wrong. Whilst I do receive an email from form submission the email does not contain the details, it is blank?

                  Any ideas please.

I had only looked at the problem of the code appearing on top.
This one is another: your form encoding type is set to "text/plain" . Set it to "multipart/form data" . Save, Publish, Refresh your browser before testing.
