forms in other languages

I've made a form using form wizard using Chinese. If I set the entry fields typeface to a chinese font, it looks ok when written, but when the message arrives in the mailbox (outlook express) it is reduced to a couple of squares. I receive other mail in Chinese, so it doesn't at first look like it's a problem with outlook.

Can someone offer any suggestions on where the problem lies and how to deal with it?
